Description
It’s 2026, and poetry is in peril. The pool of publishers accepting poems is tiny, and one poet, Louisa the Poet, has an evergrowing collection of poems gathering dust. So she put her design skills to work and made a collection of poetry zines for your pleasure. Nature is a collection of poems which are inspired by the world around us. Louisa’s words paint pictures of how we co-exist with the natural world: how it affects us, and how we affect it in turn. If you enjoyed reading this poetic little pamphlet, why not check out the other titles in the collection – Childhood and Adulting (with more coming soon). Louisa Guise is an author, poet and presenter of the new spoken word show on Radio Dacorum. Originally from Cardiff, Wales, her first book, How to Leave a Group Chat, is about communications and smartphone use, and it was published by The Book Guild in 2024. A communications and marketing professional, Louisa is a graduate of the University of Copenhagen, the University of South Wales and the Leuphana University of Lüneburg in Germany (that’s the Erasmus year!). Louisa is currently based in Reading, South East England, where she is heavily involved with local writing groups Caversham Writers and Dreading Slam. When she’s not coughing up words, Louisa enjoys travelling, socialising and trying something new. No AI was used in the making of this zine, just Chat LMG.
